The changing face of diversity in Australia has meant there is a wide acceptance of the business case for increased diversity and inclusion. A diverse workforce is one inclusive of people of various genders, ages, cultural backgrounds, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders and people with physical and mental disabilities.
